Please follow these steps to receive your Digital Membership Card:

STEP 1:

CLICK HERE and fill in your First and Last Name, Phone Number, Email, Date of Birth, and your City.

STEP 2:

If using a mobile device: Click “Get The Card” then press the “Add” button after installing in the card preview.

If using a computer: Click “Install on the Home Screen” and follow the steps.

STEP 3:

Be sure that your Wallet notification settings are set to “Show Previews” so you can read your notification. To view your message, go to your Membership Card in your Wallet and click “Pass Details”. Your most recent message will be at the top.

STEP 4:

Once you have received your Digital Membership Card, it will read as a Bronze tier membership for the first 24 hours. Please allow our system the time to upgrade your membership to your chosen tier.

If you encounter an issue with your tier level after 24 hours, please email us at info@madamradar.com with the subject “Membership Tier Issue” and we will get your information corrected as soon as possible.
